Approach

Our approach to marketing can be summed up in four words:

Planning. A marketing plan is a vital tool for your business. It helps you steer your business towards success by providing a clear set of goals and a direction for you to follow, year in and year out, during good times and bad. A simple marketing plan provides the foundation for effective brand marketing. When your business objectives and strategies are carefully planned at the outset and followed by consistent action, they are almost always attainable.

Testing. Only through objective research can a business owner’s assumptions be endorsed or found to be inaccurate; in either outcome, the process make the business owner much more knowledgeable and intimate with his or her customers. Any biases and preconceptions are usually stripped away once the business owner begins to see their business from their customers’ point of view.

Branding. A “bull’s-eye” can be used to represent a brand’s attributes. Each brand has its own core set of benefits or functionality. However, it is the rings that surround the brand’s core that have a bigger impact on the brand and give it additional value. The contents of the surrounding rings determine the characteristics of the brand and differentiate it from the competition. They define the appeal to customers who appreciate these distinctions and will make it their brand choice.

Sales. Business owners need to understand the correlation between marketing and sales. They should recognize that no matter how good their brand, product, or service, if no one knows about it, no one can buy it!
